    I imagine, if I were the kind to drink, I would appreciate that lying underneath a pool table in the dark and listening to melancholy music is just one of many possible—but perhaps inadequate—responses to the long-time-coming sort of Adult Adversity™ to which I should probably get accustomed. The acoustics are pretty great under the 8-ball, though. 10 more minutes. Then we scramble the jets.
